Crumble Topping

I love fruit crumble but a good crumble is only as good as its topping...Here is one I like to use.
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup mixed nuts or seeds (I used almonds flour)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, diced and chilled
