Thai Chicken Satay

4 chicken breasts cut in small enough pieces to scewer.
Scewer 4 pieces onto each scewer.

Marinade
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp oil
Mix together and place in a plastic container with chicken scewers. Marinade for 1-2hours and then grill.
Server with Thai Peanut Sauce
